The Big Ten decided to split Player of the Week honors this sharing, giving them to Ohio State senior guard Shannon Scott and Wisconsin senior forward Frank Kaminsky.

Scott averaged 9.5 points, 15.0 assists and 2.5 steals last week as Ohio State knocked off Marquette and Sacred Heart. His 30 assists in a two-game stretch are an Ohio State record, according to the Big Ten.

The Buckeyes have not played the best competition yet this year, but Scott has simply been spectacular so far. He has had at least 11 assists in all three games and is shooting 52.2% from the field.

Kaminsky also had a dominant week, recording 23.0 points, 10.0 rebounds and 5.0 blocks per game as the Badgers defeated Green Bay and Bosie State. He also shot 73.1% from the field.
