The MVC announced its ESPN schedule for the 2014-15 season Tuesday, and Loyola will have at least five and as many as six games on the family of networks.
The Ramblers’ MVC road opener against Northern Iowa on Jan. 4 will make its way onto ESPNU or ESPN3. Their home contest with defending champion Wichita State on Jan. 11 will also be televised on either ESPNU or ESPN3.
Loyola gets two more games televised within the following week. The Ramblers host Drake on ESPN3 and they then play at Southern Illinois on ESPNU or ESPN3.
The final guaranteed television game is at Bradley on Feb. 15. That game will also be on either ESPNU or ESPN3.
Loyola’s final game of the season, at home against Missouri State on Feb. 28, is eligible for the MVC’s wildcard spots on ESPN and ESPN2.
In addition to these six games, Loyola’s November matchup with Michigan State will be broadcast on Big Ten Network. In December, the Ramblers’ game against Boise State or Houston at the Continental Las Vegas Classic will be televised on Fox Sports 1.
