Junior college guard Pat Birt committed to Tulsa, according to a tweet by Eric Bossi of Rivals.
Birt played his freshman season at UIC last year and earned All-Freshman Team honors in the Horizon League. He averaged 6.3 points and shot 38.7% from 3-point range.
Birt is playing this season at South Plains College in Texas and will join the Golden Hurricane for the 2015-16 season.
