DePaul offered scholarships to a pair of Chicago high schoolers, Ben Coupet and Marcus LoVett. Both recruits tweeted the news individually.

Coupet, a 6-7 wing, attends Simeon Career Academy, Jabari Parker’s alma mater. He is considered one of the top recruits in Illinois and also has an offer from Bradley, per 247 Sports. Although he has not received other offers yet, he has been recruited by several high-major programs.

LoVett is a 6-foot point guard at Morgan Park. He is also one of the city’s top targets, and he has received offers from Kansas, San Diego State and UC Irvine, according to 247 Sports. Rivals says UCLA has also extended a scholarship offer.
