Freshman wing Eli Cain netted a career-high 20 points while junior guard Billy Garrett Jr. had 16 points and six rebounds.

Four other DePaul players scored in double figures.

For Chicago State, freshman guard Fred Sims Jr. posted a game-high 22 points off the bench.
