All-conference forward Anton Grady will transfer from Cleveland State, ESPN’s Jeff Goodman reported Wednesday. Grady averaged 14.3 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.4 blocks and 1.5 steals last season.

He will have one season of eligibility at his new institution, which he can use immediately as a graduate transfer.

The 2015-16 season initially looked bright for Cleveland State at the conclusion of the 2014-15 campaign in March. However, with leading scorer Trey Lewis also transferring out of the program to Louisville, the Vikings are now in full-on rebuilding mode.

Coach Gary Waters returns only one starter from last year’s team, which won 19 games and tied for third place in the Horizon League.
