Loyola’s backcourt added some more depth Thursday with a commitment from 2016 product Jake Baughman, who will join the roster as a preferred walk-on.
Baughman, a 6-foot-3 guard, is a senior at Central Catholic High School in Bloomington, Illinois.
“I cannot wait for the next chapter of basketball in my life,” Baughman said in a statement.
Loyola has two open scholarships remaining for the 2016-17 season. The coaching staff is prioritizing frontcourt players.
